Cameron McThenia, 28, of Lincoln passed away on Monday, August 13, 2018. Born July 19, 1990 to Michael and Tina (Leech) McThenia in Lincoln, NE. He worked as an equipment operator at T.N.T. Earth Moving- Lincoln based company. Graduate from Lincoln Northstar. He enjoyed everything outdoors including; hunting, fishing, jeeping/ 4 wheeling; he was a handyman that could fix anything and most of all he enjoyed his family, friends and was the “best uncle”!
He is survived by his parents, Michael and Tina McThenia; brothers, Nathen McThenia, Aaron (Melissa) McThenia; grandparents, Bob Leech, Roger and Shirley McThenia; niece, Hayden; nephew, Landon; uncle, Ken McThenia (Kate Kennett); best friends, Zach Caves, Tanner Craig; cousins, great aunts, great uncles, and countless friends. Preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Leech; uncle, Glen Leech; great grandparents; and his beloved dog, Dixie.
Celebration of Life service will be 1 p.m., Saturday (8-18-18) at Roper & Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Dr., Lincoln, NE.
Public visitation with family greeting friends from 5-8 p.m., Friday (8-17-18) at Roper & Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Dr., Lincoln, NE. Cremation following visitation.
