Brandon Medjo, 19, of Lincoln, passed away September 30, 2017. Born in Lincoln to Cindy Medjo and Jason Schlund. Graduated from Lincoln Southwest High School in 2016. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and he was a big fan of sports-basketball being his favorite along with any Husker athletics.
Family members include his parents, Cindy and Jason Kosmicki; father, Jason Schlund; sister, Jaysa Schlund; grandparents, Terry and Cheri Medjo, Val and Lee Lanka; aunts and uncles, Mike Medjo, Kristi Medjo (Trevor Towle), Pat Kosmicki, Pam Kosmicki, Angie Jurgens, Robert Kosmicki, Matt Kosmicki, Katrina (Wes) Bearden; numerous cousins, extended family and friends. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Marion LaVern and Judith Kosmicki.
Visitation Thursday (10/5/17) from 2-8 p.m. with family greeting friends from 6-8 p.m. at Roper and Sons Funeral Home, 4300 ‘O’ Street.
Memorial Service Friday (10/6/17) at 11:00 a.m. at First Free Church, 3280 S. 84th Street.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family for future designation.
